2013 Preview Auction Packages:

Beautiful Northern New Mexico Rocky Mountain Getaway (PRICELESS EXPERIENCE!)

Experience the extraordinary charm and beauty of northern New Mexico in a custom-built, 2800 square foot log house with full amenities. This stunning home may be used for five (5) consecutive days, anytime between March 1, 2013 and February 28, 2014, subject to availability and approval by the Naranjo-Ewbank family.

Nestled at 8,000 feet in Chama Valley, 8 miles south of the Colorado border, 3 hours from Albuquerque and 1 ½ hours from Santa Fe, this lush 27-acre property is home to a trout stream and trout pond, a kid’s clubhouse and includes fly and cast fishing rods, a canoe, a paddleboat, bicycles and a Polaris Ranger 4×4! The home has three bedrooms and two baths (can accommodate up to four adults and seven children), a full kitchen, river rock fireplace, widescreen TV, TV/DVD in the kids’ room, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. There is abundant wildlife – deer, elk, foxes, ducks, geese, and a variety of birds.

Included in this package are four (4) coach seat passes to take a day trip on the historic Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, one of the most authentic steam-era railroads around, which takes passengers up and down mountain slopes, through beautiful valleys, and skirts the top of the steep Toltec Canyon to Colorado.

Other nearby attractions include the Georgia O’Keefe home and studio tour in Ghost Ranch, Pagosa Springs hot springs, horseback riding, and opportunities for beautiful day trips in and around the Rocky Mountains such as Wolf Creek Ski Area and Taos Ski Area are both within 1 ½ hours.

Artists that have graced the stage at this annual music festival have included Calle 13, Grupo Fantasma, Ozomatli, The Echocentrics, Bombasta, David Garza and many others. The 2013 line up promises to be the best ever. One lucky bidder will receive two VIP passes to the festival and a $100 Gift Certificate to La Condesa.
